Furious! Needed the comforter for guests over Thanksgiving. It arrived, not in black & grey, but black and tan. Totally wrong for the room. I've spent the last two hours trying to speak with an Amazon rep in the USA. Cannot find the number...the reps in several foreign countries will not give me a phone # in the US. They all want me to order another comforter and "hope" it arrives black/grey rather than black/tan. I think the manufacturer just substituted tan for grey. Tried to call Blue Ridge Home Fashions but their mailbox was full...not taking any calls. I am left with no one to talk to; cannot find out if it is even possible to get the item in black/grey as advertised and as in the photo.

This is a great quality comforter, much better than I expected for the price. Nice and puffy and comfortable, but not too thick or heavy. Very very warm, although it is very light. Durable and attractive, doesn't collect a lot of lint like I expected it to, since it is black.

I purchased this pad to use overseas with 220VAC power. It does work on 220, but just barely. I would call this a warming pad rather than a heating pad, and a barely-warm pad at that. The instructions indicate it has three settings, but the control pad only has two. No labels on control pad but I would suggest "Tepid" and "Luke-Warm". Needless to say, I am not happy with this product.

The 6-pack of filters arrived on time. They fit the filter compartment of my HVAC unit nicely. I've had great respect for 3M products for several decades, thus I'm taking it on faith that these will do their job as advertised. We used the 1900 Filtrete filters for the past 4 years until I saw these. Surprisingly there is a big difference from 1900 to 2200. Since using the 2200 we noticed that there is a huge difference in the amount of dust in our house. It didn't matter how much cleaning and dusting we did we always had dust. Now, weeks have gone by and there is still no dust! We all have allergies in here and wow, what an improvement. For us, it is worth spending the extra. Less dusting, less allergies, less illness. Now we don't have to give our kids allergy medicine every day. That alone makes it worth it.

Soft leather, smooth zippers, great look. I wish the main compartment would open fully, but the zippers stop at the point of the side pockets. The secondary compartment (a portfolio) opens fully, however. Overall a great bag for business or travel.

Great quality, lots of storage pockets, it expands a bit for people who like to pack lots of stuff in it (my dad!)

What got me to buy it were the reinforcements at the bottom to prevent the bag from getting too messed up from sitting on the floor. Plus, even the zippers are nice.

This bag is definitely worth it!

    This product works, but the manufacturer can't seem to come up with a spray bottle that doesn't clog in five minutes. It is frustrating. I've given up and just emptied the contents of the bottle all over the place. I've soaked the nozzle and got it spraying again, just to have it clog again in minutes. I wish that they could fix this problem. I would give it five stars otherwise. Forget the smell. Yes, it stinks, but not for long, and I've spent too much money on other products that only worked some of the time or constantly had to be reapplied after rain. So long as it does the job, who cares if it smells. They need to fix the sprayer problem! I'm going to try it in a store bought pressure sprayer, but I suspect that will get clogged too. Someone said to strain it, so maybe I'll do that as well, but I have to protect my plants. Despite deer fencing and all else, the deer still manage to get into the yard and eat down my hostas, among others, and I could just cry to see the damage. Any other gardner will know what this feels like. The product is good enough that I need to keep trying to get it sprayed right, which is why I've not given up, but PLEASE, fix the sprayer problem, and stop tell people to keep washing them. It's not practical!
